Roll Fed Labels can be used to wrap cylindrical, square or rectangular containers made of metal, plastic or glass. Roll Fed labels are printed on paper or on film material with lamination.
Digital Labels are ideal for short runs and reduce production times. Digital Labels are helpful when changing label designs temporarily for special offers, seasonal sales or introducing product variants. They can also be used white creating prototypes or mock-ups or product testing when small quantities are required.
Custom print distillery labels for bottles of distilled spirits like gin, rum, whiskey vodka, bourbon, and moonshine, with barcodes, QR codes, or consecutive numbering along with brand and product information. We offer quality printing with vibrant colors that give unique look to your bottles.
Durable labels are printed using specialty substrates, face stocks, adhesives and retain legibility and graphic quality for the long term, withstanding moisture, cold, heat, UV exposure and abrasion. A pressure sensitive label consists of a face stock material (paper or film), a pressure sensitive adhesive, and a release liner. The backing can be peeled off and the labels are applied permanently to another surface. The Pressure Sensitive labels can be printed up to 10 colors and 20" wide. The can be used in various environments like indoors, outdoors, abrasion, direct food contact, indirect food contact, pasteurization, UV exposure, water, refrigerated, freezer, and chemical.
Rotary Screen Printing is an ideal process when higher volumes of ink coverage and color strength are required to achieve brilliant, high-grade graphic effects. Rotary Screen Labels can be used for, Tactile or raised printing, Heavy lay-downs of white ink on clear film for a "no label look", High gloss or embossed look (heavy varnish lay-down), and Specialty Inks - scratch off, scented, metallic, thermochromatic, glow-in-the-dark
