Products and services offered by www.printstuff.org are for your personal use only. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Terms and Conditions. Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
You are specifically restricted from using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations; or in any manner that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; or in any way may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity; publishing any material obtained from this Website in any other media; selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any material on this Website and using this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.

Unless negotiated and agreed in writing, the copyright of general artwork, commissioned artwork and illustrations and anything else whatsoever prepared, developed or created by the Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. shall vest in and belong to the Falcon Graphics & Design Inc.
Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. may use any artwork or printing produced by itself for the purposes of promoting itself or for use in samples provided to customers.
The customer shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary authorities and consents to reproduce design, text, illustrations, graphics, photographs, diagrams, drawings, logos and/or any other reproducible materials (‘Materials’) prior to instructing the Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. to print / reproduce the same. The customer shall indemnify and hold the Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. and its agents and representatives harmless against all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements), losses and damages arising from or suffered or incurred by reason of any claim (including but not limited to the defense of such claim) that the reproduction of the Materials by Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party or misuses the confidential information of a third party.
The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Any jobs that have been approved and/or or sent to press cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the printing process, and no refund will be given.
Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons during file submission: Misspelling or bad grammar, Inferior quality or low-resolution graphics, Incorrect or No Bleeds, Damaged Fonts, Incorrect or Missing Folds/ Die Lines/ Crop Marks, Transparency and Overprints, Product Size, Poor Orientation or Alignment.
Proofs of all work may be submitted for customer’s approval and Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted. We strongly urge customers to check the electronic/ hardcopy proof of their artwork before confirming the order. No job will be sent to press without your approval. You, the Customer are fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof, so please make sure you review it thoroughly.
An online proof is NOT an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. Electronic proofs do not show transparency and over print issues. They also do not show the color change from RGB or Pantone to CMYK. Therefore, Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. will not be liable for color variation between the proof and the printed product. We will try our best to match the colors of the proof and the printed product but please understand that color variation differences are inherent inconsistencies of the printing process and we will not be held responsible for it. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the job is color critical.
All reasonable efforts shall be made to obtain the best possible color reproduction on customer’s work. Customer understands that variation is inherent in the print process and therefore acknowledges and agrees that Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. shall not be required to produce an exact match in color or texture between the customer’s photograph, transparency, proof, electronic graphic file, previously printed matter (whether printed by Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. or other party) or any other materials supplied by the customer and the customer’s order.
Falcon may reject any paper, plates or other materials supplied or specified by the customer which it considers to be unsuitable. Additional costs incurred if customer provided materials are found to be unsuitable during production may be charged back to the customer.
The customer’s property and all property supplied to Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. by or on behalf of the customer shall while it is in the possession of Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. or in transit to or from the customer be deemed to be at customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed and the customer should insure such property accordingly. Where a customer fails to pick up work within 20 Business Days from notification to the customer of completion of the work, Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. shall be entitled, at its discretion, to either store the work until actual delivery or pickup is made and charge the customer for the costs (including insurance) of storage or to destroy such work (provided that the customer shall nevertheless remain liable for payment in respect of the relevant order).
Every effort will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However some variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that minor variations are immaterial and that Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. shall have no liability in respect of such variations.
Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been approved for printing. If you have ordered a hardcopy proof, printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Need Artwork" and your printing turnaround time will be reset.
Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.
Shipping transit times vary, and Falcon assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.
All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Falcons’s responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the shipping carrier. In no event shall Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. be liable for shipping carrier performance failures or delivery delays. This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. Falcon Graphics & Design Inc. is not liable for shipping carrier errors, including loss or delay on direct-mail orders.
